The service start time can be adjusted according to the guest's request. Please fill in the desired departure time when making a reservation. The reference itinerary defaults to starting at 08:00. Please provide the hotel name, number of passengers, number of luggage items, and the desired sightseeing spots in advance. The driver will confirm the vehicle and contact information the day before the service. If you require an English-speaking driver, child seats, or other special requests, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to arrange them. For regular vehicle types, if an English-speaking driver cannot be arranged, the driver will use a translation tool to assist with communication to ensure the service proceeds smoothly. Mercedes-Benz S-Class / V-Class luxury vehicles include an English-speaking driver service. The itinerary order may be adjusted appropriately based on traffic conditions, weather, and guest requirements on the day of the service. ⚠️ Service time and mileage: The private car service is approximately 10 hours, including 300 kilometers. The service is counted from the agreed start time; waiting time caused by guest delays will be counted as part of the reserved service duration. ⚠️ Overtime / Excess mileage charges: After exceeding the reserved service time, additional charges will be applied based on the extra service time: Vehicles for fewer than 10 people: USD 80 / hour Vehicles for 10 people or more: USD 100 / hour After exceeding the included mileage, additional charges will be applied based on the actual increased mileage. ⚠️ Other notes: Entrance fees to attractions, meal expenses, personal consumption, and other unlisted items must be covered by the guest.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation or modification of the order is free if done more than 24 hours before the service starts. Cancellation within 24 hours before the service starts will incur a 100% service fee and no refund will be given. Modification of the order is still possible within 24 hours before the service starts; once the modification is successful, the modified order will no longer be eligible for free cancellation. Any subsequent cancellation will not be refunded. The private car service is billed from the agreed start time; waiting time caused by the guest's delay is still counted toward the booked private car service duration. Any time exceeding the agreed service duration will incur additional charges according to the overtime rules.

If you require an English-speaking driver, child seat, or other special requests, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate. For standard vehicle types, if an English-speaking driver cannot be arranged, the driver will use a translation tool to assist with communication to ensure smooth service.
